Just Fit’s Boot Camp is a one-month conditioning program that makes it convenient, affordable, fast and FUN to get in the best shape of your life. With our program, you will be part of a small, supportive group of individuals who share your fears, challenges and goals. No one is judging, and everyone is cheering for you to succeed!

Schedule

  • Monday: 6am-7am
  • Tuesday: 10am-11am
  • Wednesday: 6pm-7pm
  • Thursday: 10am-11am
  • Saturday: 10am-11am

Boot Camp Structure

  • Warm-Up (10 minutes)
  • Coordination and Anaerobic Training (15 minutes)
  • Exercise Technique / Strength Training (20 minutes)
  • —Conditioning/ Core Work / Cool Down (15 minutes)
